I was introduced to Solgar Methylcobalamin in a healthfood shop in London. The very knowledgeable naturopath working in the vitamin and supplement section explained how methylcobalamin was the most efficient/available form of supplementary B12 for the human body. He was right. Since taking it I have not needed an injection. Australia no longer stocks it so a Google search introduced me to iHerb.com who stocked the product at a very reasonable price and shipped it from the US to Australia at a very competitive rate. Thank you.

After I ran out of the Deva brand of B12, I needed something just as good and small in size. Solgar has a winner here. These little nuggets fit perfectly under the tongue and taste great too.

And, as you may or may not know already, this is best form of B12 you can buy next to an injection.

Wow, this is really hard to find on iherb search! It doesn’t even appear for me on a Solgar B12 search, it took me 5 tries for it to pop up. Having said this, this vitamin works very well to calm my mind and lift the fatigue, when I take it with 2 other individual B’s for the homocysteine lowering benefits. Yesterday, it gave me plenty of energy, today I am sluggish and this just took the edge off of that a bit. Works better than Jarrow’s B12, I bought this because of the reviews there so I switched to this. I like that it’s only 1000 mcg and not 5000, so there’s less risk of toxicity and I much prefer to take a pill several times a day to replenish rather than to overload my system which is then going to get rid of excess and that is a useless waste, possibly even after giving me some side effects; that’s why I prefer lower potency remedies with repeated doses, to me that’s basic common sense regardless of what ‘experts’ claim. The opposite might work for someone else and that’s fine too, that’s why they make all kind for all of us to find our best one. This might be mine, or I might be so depleted that I do need higher potency several times a day. A dr. did put me on B12 shots but back then I didn’t know about the cyanide toxcity of cyanocobalamin (more info provided by Mike Adams) and questionable additives in injections.

I have tried some other brands, such as jarrow, which I found on my order history but forgot that I took B12 before!!, for my stress relief and brain cell and neuron recovery, but they did not make me feel any improvements. I even forgot about vitamin 12 for a while, and just by chance I found someone’s review of this product to make me encourage to give a try.
This is so much different than the other brands. I could feel significant effect as soon as taking this small lovely, sweet pink tablet. It made me very sleepy as it seemed my body and brain needed rest for the recovery, so I assume, and it kept me in bed for a whole weekend. After a few days of rest and sleep, I felt so refreshed!!! I always love solgar products in higher quality than others.

I was recommended these by diagnosing Gp in Sydney.They are excellent compared to oral spray I used to take which was messy & expensive.My husband & I take them so much more convenient & cheaper.Not sure what our levels are now but mine was 495 .I have found improvement in my feet (neuropathy) & energy wise.My husband is not falling asleep after meals mood & has memory improvement.thanks for manufacturing such a wonderful product.

Bought it for my grandma who got an injection of 1000mcg B12 from her doctor at the hospital. She felt better after the injection and requested me to buy her some. This is the best one on iHerb so far as this B12 is extracted from Methylcobalamin, which is good for people who lost the ability to digest and remove toxics from intakes. Other brands and Solgar B12 are extracted from another way which could be toxic for elderly people. My grandma thanks me for buying this for her and now she is energetic again. By the way, she is almost 80 years old.

Wonderful product, have been using it for a long time and gives me a boost of energy. Only drawback, when I haven’t taken it for a long time and take a whole pill, I feel my head very heavy and have a tingling sensation in some parts of my head. The problem disappears after a few minutes though. Start by taking 1/4 of the pill and slowly increase the portion if you want to avoid this

It has a very delicious taste, making it easier to consume And it’s iherb.com price is very good (much lower than the market price – at least here in Turkey). I sincerely recommend it to all B12 users.

I take one tablet in the morning together with some tablets of Solgar’s brewer’s yeast. The rest of the day, I am just in the top of the world.

I think I have been anemic for a long time, I was taking regular vitamin B12 (Natures own brand)which I think were definitely keeping my head above water but I switched over this these because of some info I read on the net about active b12, well I had been suffering from very dry skin, which looked quite aged, I am a beauty therapist and have always looked after my skin so couldn’t understand how in just 1 year, I had looked so much older, no matter what creams I used I could not hold the moisture in my skin, im 36, I thought I must have been going through menopause early, well after 2 days on this stuff, my skin is back to its normal glow, fine lines have disappeared and my skin looks like it use too. I love this product so much and it tastes yummy!

This sublingual dissolves very quickly and it makes me feel better.

Very good if you are in need of extra B 12 or if you have food allergies and cannot get B 12 from the food you eat. Good taste and easy to consume.

not good at putting things into words. All I can say about this product is that I like it and even more I like the price. I would pay more for this at a drug store in my city. I will definitely be buying it again.

This product is SO much better than the Jarrow version. The lozenges are 1/3 of the size (for the same 1000mcg of methylcobalamin) and they dissolve almost instantaneously. The Jarrow take 35 minutes to dissolve! Not only that but the Jarrow taste chalky and obviously have a ton of fillers, why else would they be so large??

These taste great and practically disappear under your tongue in seconds. My little girl has B12 deficiency and we’ve tried several but this is one of the tastiest, smallest ones we’ve tried. Seem to be giving me more energy, too. We will buy again!

This product was used by my children, the 5000mcg was too much.so i gave them the 1000mcg and it was sufficient. They feel stronger and more vital. They loved the flavor.

not sweet, melts under tongue extremely fast. Reminds me of twinlabs dots, but this one in methylcobalamin.

I’ve bought this product after using, for several years, sub-lingual cyano-cobalami B12 supplement from Solgar. After reading that Methyl-coblamin is easier for the body to absorb, I switched to it. I always had a low level of B12 in the 200 range. After I switched to this B12, and used it for about two months, I had checked my B12 level and it was nearly 500! I am so happy with it. I recommend it to everybody.

Don’t know how effective this is a B12 sublingual as it dissolves in 2-3 seconds. I used Solagr subs before but it took a few minutes to dissolve. I think it was a different form of B12

High quality, high potency and good taste

These are definitely the best vitamin B12 tablets I’ve tried. They are small and gluten, wheat and dairy free. When I take these, I have no need for vitamin B12 shots. I no longer take these every day, but if I need an instant energy boost, I put one under my tongue.

This is an effective product for reducing my high level of iron. The nuggets taste great too!

Very low B12 intakes can cause anemia and nervous system damage. Most vegans consume enough B12 to avoid anemia and nervous system damage, but many do not get enough to minimize potential risk of heart disease or pregnancy complications.

In adults typical deficiency symptoms include loss of energy, tingling, numbness, reduced sensitivity to pain or pressure, poor memory etc. I was feeling lethargic and despite the rest I was giving myself, I still feel tired.
