I’ll be the first to admit…I’m lazy with my night beauty routine. At the end of the day,all I want to do is climb into bed. I like this kind of wipes as I am quite lazy on cleansing routine.
my skin is oily and I feel fresh after using this. But need to avoid eye area… and so i need to use other thing for my eye makeup.
I have sensitive skin, and these were fine. I tend to rinse after using towelettes on my face to avoid any residue that might irritate the skin, and I do recommend doing that with these too. But other brands with perfume have stung and caused redness right away. These were ok. I still only count towelettes as a quick fix and usually more for body than face.
These towlettes are great, my daughter and I use them all the time. Acure is a great brand, I love their products.
Nothing great about the odor but these certainly do a great job at cleaning and freshening face and body parts, without causing dryness.
I have quite sensitive and thin skin and these work okay for me. No irritation so far. I only use them when I’m in a rush to take off my LIGHT makeup though and always double cleanse afterward. They don’t remove my mascara, so I use an eye makeup remover for that. These are my first makeup remover towelettes, so I have nothing to compare them to.
I love Acure’s shampoos, conditioners, body washes and face creams so I figured I’d give this new product a try. This is actually the very first review I’ve been inspired to write and I want to do so as I want to share my negative experience with it which will hopefully allow others to make a decision as to whether they should buy it or not. I was unsatisfied for the following reasons:
1) The wipes weren’t very wet so it was tricky to spread it around my face.
2) After using it, my face stung a little and became red (I have sensitive skin).
3) I was using it to remove my eye makeup and when a little of the moisture got into my right eye, it burned like crazy for about a minute (I flushed it with saline solution).
As a result, I’m sad to say (because I’m an Acure addict), I will not be using this product again. I hope this information is useful for others out there like me.
