Works when you want it to most. I take Wellness Formula as soon as I begin to feel “off”. I take it in greater amounts until I feel I am getting back to normal. Then I taper off little by little for a few days after.
This product is miraculous! My husband and I have been taking it for over a year and haven`t had a sick day since we began taking it. It really works at building a strong immune system. When I feel a cold coming on I take a couple capsules every 3 hours for a couple days and I never get a full blown cold
