This is absolutely the best laxative I have ever used. There is no pain or cramping, just a gentle urge, and a complete evacuation of the entire colon, formed but soft – no diarrhea, no constant “going”. Once you’re done, you’re done!

I have pelvic floor dysfunction along with ibs(primary symptoms being incomplete evacuation and abdominal pain). I tested positive for a small intestinal bacterial overgrowth after struggling with incomplete bowel movements and, after trying everything (an antibiotic, enemas, fiber, etc), I gave this a try. I started with the recommended amount, found it to be wayyyy to strong for my specific purpose, and finally ended up simply using one capsule a night(empty stomach prior to sleep) along with triphala. I generally have one bowel movement upon waking(and then I’m usually done for the day with no feeling of constipation) and .much. less bloating/foul smelling gas/other symptoms.

This does work, but it gave me horrible stomach pains for days and days after and it burns the bottom. I wouldn’t recommend this for kids or people that are sensitive.

I only have to take one every night that I need one and the next morning all works well. no cramping or pain. My 86 year old mother had great results also. I would start with 1 cap. at first and work up as needed.

I got this for my elderly 88 yo mom who has been having constipation. I gave her 5 capsules (opened them up and mixed the powder in some juice) in the evening and she had a very good BM movement the next morning. Yay! We are going to continue giving her 5 capsules every other day instead of every day for a week, then decrease to 3 capsules every other day thereafter for another week, then give her a break for a week and see what happens. We hope that the effects don’t wear off like the slippery elm powder that we were giving her. BTW, I also took 5 capsules myself and it worked for me too.

My friend told me about this product and I immediately took 5 capsules the night I recieved it. Wish I would have worked up to it. I have been using a couple of weeks and am happy with the results it was just a little shocking the first couple days. Really, I wish I would have started out slow. As far as problems…no stomach upset or anything else negative besides a couple of days of, for lack of a better word, butt pee. Gross, I know.

You know when you get about 50 years old the body starts changing, and you start getting constipated. You don’t want to take a laxative, we all know that isn’t good. This is an Excellent product. You still should drink that 8 plus glasses of water and up your fiber. Take it at night just before bed. I have turned several family members on to this product.

I have server allergies to medications,food ect. I am a hypertensive individual.And able to take this product no problem!!!!!
I have have server stomach problems.Including but not limited to constipation .I have seen some of the best gastrointestinal doctors in the united states.And nothing they ever gave me for constipation…worked .But this does! It’s great no stomach pains ,cramping.Make sure you drink enough water…like it says.And I recommend starting slow and upping your dosage if needed.I would highly recommend this product to anyone that has constipation problems.

after i used it for a week, it cleansed me. now i take 2 once or twice a week and its not as amazing (the effect), however it may be because my body doesn’t need to depend it anymore perhaps.

*dont take with probiotic as it made me feel really uncomfortable during the night.

For chronic irregularity, this does the trick. I go once in the morning, and that’s it. I hope that after I take a few bottles, the problem will be permanently solved, but I have to wait and see. Maybe it was never meant to do this, but to be only a palliative. In the meantime, Mag 07 is way better than anything that works through the liver, such as the various “cold” herbs or bowel irritants. I might add, I have to tweak the quantity as time goes by. Despite having the same composition as others I’ve tried, this doesn’t seem to work half as well. I experienced the same disappointment with Oxytarm. Only GHC’s Oxy Powder and the other Mag 07 from iherb are truly effective.

I tried the MagO7 powder, but it did not work for me because I had trouble getting it to dissolve. So I bought the capsules, and they are excellent.
If you want to try magnesium-oxygen supplementation for a detoxifying effect, I recommend these capsules. For me, they have not been at all irritating.

I take one of these at night and I am good to go the next day.

Love MagO7 to relieve constipation. Had chronic constipation because of diabetes and I have tried probiotics to relieve it but nothing seemed to work. Have trouble with constipation inspite of eating lots of fiber. Stool softeners cause me to get leg cramps. Mag O7 works for me. Usually one capsule every other day. Too much definately cleans me out. Don’t like the mess.

I recieved the product only on April 07/ That is why I did not fill up the first info form. I have been on the product for the last 3 days and it work very well but need to take bigger amount for the moment. These are definitely gentle, although I have noticed that sometimes they do not work immediately the next day after I have taken them. The first few times I took them they worked as promised – ie the next day. However the next time I took them I found I had to take another dose the next night – and then they kicked in for me. I think it depends on the state of your digestion when you take them.

What’s nice is that there is NO cramping at all. And you are not dependent on them at all. You will be able to have normal BM’s without them afterwards too. It’s nice to know that they are available when you do get a bit backed up.

Radical! I took 5 capsules once & the effect lasted one week. I have no idea what would have happened if I’d taken 5 caps every night for 7 days as recommended on the packaging! Would I be alive!

This is a bit powerful for my body. It caused severe runs after taking 5 and nearly the same after taking 2-3. I’m wondering if it is right for me. What is the return policy on products that don’t seem to agree with me?
